I bought my iPhone 6 from Apple authorized service. Due to a Bluetooth problem, I gave the phone to an authorized service, six months before the 2-year warranty expires. In this process, I did not give the phone to any other service.
However, Apple is not repairing the faulty device by saying that it is unauthorized intervention. I can not get an answer when I ask where the unauthorized intervention was made. It's a company that does not stand behind the defective product they sell.
As of tomorrow, I am also applying to the Consumer Tribunal. Accusing a customer of lying is the rhetoric of the least.
