I bought a screen protector from Belkin. However, screen protector cracked within two weeks of purchase. I emailed that a representative would contact me.
Now, that was over a month ago, and I’m still waiting for that contact they promised. I’ve called, e-mailed, and messaged both the company and representative, and no one has bothered to reach out again.
Thoroughly annoyed with the company’s stance and will not recommend you or your product to anyone.
Note to Apple (item purchased at Apple Store): I’d check into the people you partner with because it seems a bit shady to be in business with a company that has such poor customer service.
