Bright House Networks Bad Customer Service

I do not know what has happened to Bright House Networks and I have been their customer for about two years.


They used to be a great company being able to provide proper services to everyone. However, as their prices have gone up their service has started to become very poor. My internet is not the most reliable utility that I have, and that annoys me so much.


I do not know what else I can do about this, and I feel as if I should switch to another service apart from Bright House Networks.
