EToro Confirmation

Received an email months ago right after I sent over my deposit stating that as I've used my debit card as well as a family member's debit card, They requested me to confirm my relation with multiple documents or risk liquidation of my account.


After creating a ticket, I've received no response after almost a week, and my account is now two days away from liquidation. It seems like eToro purposely ignore tickets and force their users to pay a significant amount of withdrawing fee as a way of making extra money.


This is especially bad, as I will be forced to make over a 50% loss rather than being able to let my investment recover. Absolute joke.
