Etoro Marking My tickets As Resolved

So, I asked to withdraw my money from this eToro company, and I have been waiting for my withdrawal to arrive in my account for two weeks.

All I get is an automated response from customer support. So, today they sent me this message saying "Thank you for your recent withdrawal request. According to our records, this was successfully processed to your Credit Card ending **** and ****." but then I check my account I only received 3/4 of the requested amount. I don't know where is the remaining amount.

It appears as well that eToro is marking my tickets as resolved even if it's not fixed yet. I have appointment with my solicitor tomorrow hopefully I will sue this company because they are doing illegal things such as holding people's money. Etoro must sort this mess out or wait for hefty fines.
