Two months ago, I made payment into Kraken’s corresponding bank, and after a week, I created a ticket to follow up why my funds haven't yet reflected into my Kraken account.
They responded a day later saying they couldn’t find my deposit. After another week goes by, they emailed me saying it looked like my deposit arrived without the proper referencing to assign it to my account automatically.
Ok, no problem I thought. The important thing is that the funds have located and they assured me a few days later it will be into my account. Well it’s now February and still nothing.
During this time the bitcoin price has risen so because of their incompetence and delay it defeats the purpose of purchasing a bitcoin. I will not compensate for their poor service.
