I personally think that customer service that Quicken Loans has in not worth your time at all because it is really very poor if you were to ask me.
I had changed my representatives, and I had to deal with someone who did not provide me with what I thought was the real deal with their company. I am so annoyed at Quicken Loans, and I feel as if they are anti-customer.
They should do something to improve the customer service experience from their end. What they have is not enough at all, and I think they should fix it.
