Beware of Ralph's / Valley Plaze towing!

Back on 11/12, I had parked at Valley Plaza since I had to get to Ralph's to purchase some items. Upon getting back to my vehicle, I learned that it was towed.

I went to get my vehicle back and had to pay north of three hundred bucks. The company informed me that under the law, there should be a visible sign at the entrance. Given, I had gone back to take pictures as evidence that there was none.

The towing service advised me to go to the security company, but they passed me on and on from person to person for hours. I reached out to Ralph's main office and told the President's secretary to return my call, but no one has.
