I Paid But Can't Use Spotify Premium

I hear the Spotify from lots of people, and I checked out the app, it was effortless and a perfect app for all of the music lovers out there, and I thought it would be great to have that app. When I checked the app, It was showing that the Premium one was 13,99 try on December 10, 2017, for premium with Vodafone.

I canceled premium use today. I received an SMS about that, it says; "You can use premium until October 10, 2018. Payment for September completed." But I saw a few minutes ago; I am using Spotify Free, not the Premium one. It is weird that I received a mail and a message but still could not use the premium one even though I paid.

I can't believe what they did; I don't know if they are trying to steal my money, because I never heard anything like this before anyone else because I know the Spotify is an excellent brand. Please help me to fix my problem. I don't want to waste my money for anything, give my money or the Premium.
