Last night I called the call center of the THY and said I wanted to buy tickets using my miles.
They asked me for my membership number, and I said I was abroad for a long time and didn't remember. This was confirmed by precise information. I think we came across a woman where the lady was sleepy, and she was like beat me up. I was distraught and had a ticket for all my family from THY, but now I have replaced it with Pegasus.
I hope this taken seriously by my complaint and also the related customer service. And I hope that the conversation will be heard in the future because such a brand for such a customer representative does not suit.
