I have always been preferring Turkish Airlines for my flights because I always impressed by their flight quality and customer service. However this time they disappointed me.
Turkish Airlines lost my baggage and did not put that much of attention. The customer service is saying that a man called Omar Mohiadin has taken it, but they are unable to reach the guy and get my luggage. This is not a person's problem. Turkish Airlines facing these kind of problems everyday and they should do something for the loss of customer.
I have very important documents in it and very valuable clothes. All my winter clothes are gone. How can an airline not reach its passenger? I am about to lose my mind I want my stuff back.
