On March 18, 2018, I got my luggage damaged after Milano-Istanbul flight. Then, I called Turkish Airlines customer service. However, they did not solve my problem. They keep saying the same thing over and over without any solution for my problem.
I followed all formal procedures, and finally, they informed me that, "They won’t be able to compensate my loss!"
Whatever the result, I am determined to go to court. They make a fool out of me.
