Wish Damaged Earbuds

I just received these earbuds in the delivered on 12/24/2018, and when I looked in the package, they were broke.

I tried to reach the customer service of Wish. However, I didn't see what I expect. The website has poor customer service, and it really disappointed me.

I would like to get it replaced or my money back and refund. This is the first time I ever had any complaints. I like shopping with Wish, and I am sure Wish did not do this to these headphones.
