I have requested that my Zara online shopping is sent to store. My package was two pieces.
After the package was sent to the store and the email was sent to me that it is ready to pick up. I was going out of town, so I immediately went to the store. When I came home, I saw that one of my order is missing. I called the customer service and learned the situation.
When I returned from out of town, I stopped by the store and demanded the rest of the package, but my phone was not there at the moment. I was told that the product would not be given without the order code. The last two digits I had left in mind for questioning my population wallet, and I did not get the last two digits.
We returned to the store and called the manager. And we received a very dishonest treatment from the staff. As I had to go after my products that were not sent again and again because of the system error, this kind of treatment has shaken our confidence and confidence in the organization.
