On 01/16/2019 at Zara store, I've shopped. Then today 01/17/2019 I was randomly looking at Zara online app and saw the products that I bought yesterday were cheaper in the online store.
I have scanned the codes and confirmed. Because it was after work hours, I wrote to live chat via Zara.com, but the guy called Mert said to return them and buy again and terminated the conversation while I was writing.
I am reporting this rude attitude of Zara customer services and not helping about the mistakes that they've done.
